Terms & Conditions of booking. By staying with us you are agreeing to these terms:
Payment is by Debit or Credit Card only. We do not accept cash.
At check in you will be required to pre-authorise a security deposit of £50 per room booked.
We reserve the right to store your card details (in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) in case the damage or loss caused is greater than that of the security deposit.
If you cause damage or loss of any kind to the guest house, or other guests’ property, you shall be liable to pay to us on demand the amount required to make good or remedy such damage or loss CoinPal. Including soiling bedding, tanning products & make up staining.
Only guests are allowed on the premises. (£100 charge)
Smoking, vaping and the use of e-cigs is forbidden on our premises. (£100 charge)
Anyone suspected of or in possession of narcotics will be asked to leave without refund.
You must not tamper with any safety or security equipment. (£100 charge)
Take away foods or alcohol are not permitted in our premises. (£25 charge)
Foul language, bad behaviour or disturbing other guests is not allowed, anyone doing so will be asked to leave without refund. (minimum £50 charge)
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am
Lost keys are charged at £100 per key.
Check in from 2 – 6pm. Late check in is £10 per guest.
Guests must vacate their rooms by 10.00am. (£20.00 per guest penalty for unauthorised late checkout)
Your property is left here at your own risk; we cannot be responsible for missing items if they have not been handed to us to put them in the safe.
WiFi is provided free, subject to not downloading large files or streaming. Using our WiFi to view adult or illegal material is forbidden.
CANCELLATION & CURTAILMENT POLICY
There is a non-refundable deposit equal to the first night stay to be made (per room booked) on all bookings. Bookings must be paid in full no less than 7 days prior to the check in date.
If you paid in full more than a week before arrival, and you cancel more than 7 days before check-in, you will be refunded the remaining balance (less the non-refundable deposit equal to the first nights’ stay).
Once the remaining balance is paid, it is non-refundable.
This applies also in case of curtailment (if you decide to leave earlier than planned)
Strictly no party groups, stags or hens. Any groups that have booked and are a party group will be refused entry to our property and no refund will be given.
We do not accept bookings unaccompanied children.
The lead guest must be over 18.
